SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at reroothaircare@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Reroot Hair Care is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at reroothaircare@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before fulfillment.

We currently ship within the United States only.
